Our Bible Lab for May was a field trip! Who doesn’t love a change of routine and scenery every now and then?
We took a short jaunt down the road to The Meadows of Fall River Assisted Living. We took our blankets, each with a Bible memory verse attached, to some very special grandmas and grandpas. After distributing the snuggly lap blankets, our kids settled in for a rousing game of Bingo and conversation with an adopted grandparent.
We ended with promises of another visit. I have heard so many positive comments from our students, who enjoyed a chance to brighten the day of the people right around the corner.
